Brazil 2000 Series

The Brazil 2000 Series were conceived as a set of works of various instrumental media, like Villa-Lobos’ Bachianas Brasileiras. In these works I searched for a blend between elements of Brazilian music with stylistic features of Minimalism, looking after a balance between the national and universal elements, and searching for an aesthetic that is both inclusive and personal.
